Salming have launched their spring 2017 running collection.
Thomas Nord, head of design and creative director at Salming has described the range in three words – functional design excellence.
He said: “We have been working around the clock to bring runners a complete line-up of apparel and shoes that really makes a difference – or as we’d like to refer to it – no nonsense products for no nonsense people”.
Talking about theirRunning apparel spring 2017 range, Åsa Sundberg, head of apparel design at Salming, said: “Our focus has been on sourcing materials and creating unique garments that makes you feel agile, comfortable and fast at the same time.
“The apparel collection highlights are, to name a few – Salming’s most technical advanced running jacket to date – the Abisko, powered with AquaZero, the beautiful and unique women’s Flow tights and Ultralite Jacket with a cool expressive print in a tone in tone color scale. Last but not least the very versatile Thermal Jacket that keeps you warm during the cool autumn runs as well as the early chilly spring runs.”
Nord sang the praisies of their Running shoes spring 2017 range.
He said: “The EnRoute model is the embodiment of functional design excellence. It is a Salming Running shoe that is made to stand the test of time, a shoe that you could run in no matter what foot strike or running form.”
Based on the initiated runner favourite Speed3, another very interesting new model is the successor Speed5. The runner who loved the predecessor will recognize the lightness and responsiveness but also feel and appreciate the new developments put into it. Speed5 has been based on a light version of the Salming Natural Running Support System which fallows every runner to find and stay in their natural running stride.
