Woodworm has announced a new one-year sponsorship agreement with Surrey and England paceman Chris Tremlett.
Tremlett will wear the company’s equipment and wield a Woodworm bat in the forthcoming test series against Australia and during next year’s domestic season.
“Chris is a terrific cricketer who has been incredibly unlucky with injuries at times when his test career looked set to flourish,” says Simon Millington, Woodworm’s CEO.
“He deserves a place on the England Ashes squad and his height and pace will be an asset on the hard, bouncy pitches in Australia.”
