Australian freestyle sprinter Cate Campbell (pictured) has joined the swim brand’s elite team.
The 21-year-old 100m freestyle world champion signed a sponsorship agreement with the three diamond brand just months after countryman and fellow 100m freestyle world title holder James Magnussen was added to the company’s roster.
“I am so excited to be joining Team Arena.” Campbell says.
“Arena has such a long and proud history with swimming and I feel honoured and privileged to be welcomed into the company.”
“It’s a real coup for us to sign Cate,” Giuseppe Musciacchio, Arena’s general manager of brand development, explains.
“She will be a fantastic ambassador for us – she’s humble, driven, has an incredible work ethic and such a natural, easy style it’s amazing she’s able to generate such speed with her tall frame.
“Having recently enjoyed our best ever world championships – before Cate signed with us – we are looking forward to more accomplishments in the future.”
