Ronhill and Hilly took the prize at the E3 Business Awards, which recognises innovative companies in the north west of England, on September 18.
“We are delighted to win, on the back of being a finalist last year,” Ronhill and Hilly brand director Graham Richards says.
“It is recognition of all of the hard work and effort our UK and overseas teams have put in over the past few years.
“Export business development is a key driver for us and we see a lot of opportunities, with the worldwide growth and popularity of running.”
Speaking on behalf of 1 Events Media, which conceived and hosted the awards, managing director Mubarak Chati said: “In a year in which we received a record number of nominations, the standard of entries was exceptionally high, so to win this category proves the company and its staff have done something very special indeed.”
