The agreement means the venue will be known as the USN Bolton Arena.
As part of the deal, USN will be providing nutritional support and product education at the venue and running promotion/sampling days, as well as organising classes, workshops and training sessions.
The range of USN energy drinks will be available at the Arena cafe, vending machines and sports shops.
A series of co-branded incentives and giveaways are also planned.
“Both USN and Bolton Arena hope to be able to offer all current and future users of the venue a great experience, whether they are participating or watching competitive sports,” USN managing director Jason Oakley says.
“Sporting stars will undoubtedly be produced at the USN Bolton Arena over the coming years and the relationship between USN and the venue will enable these stars, along with all other Arena customers, to take part, have fun and keep fit in a great environment. “
