Solo Sports Brands Ltd, distributor for arena UK, congratulated Alice Tai on winning The Sunday Times’ Disability Sportswomen of the Year at the awards dinner in London.
The 20-year-old won seven gold medals at the Para World Swimming Championships this September and currently holds five S8 world records. The Ealing SC based swimmer was also named Athlete of the Year at the recent British Swimming Awards.
Alice said: “Thanks to everyone who has helped and supported me to this point in my swimming career, I’m very grateful to arena UK for the continued support and feel that the technology behind their racing suits give me the confidence to race so well at the highest level.”
arena UK are looking forward to working with and supporting Alice as she works towards the 2020 Paralympics.
