KSI to wear world’s most expensive mouthguard for upcoming fight against Tommy Fury
Sports dental pioneers, SAFEJAWZ, has created the world’s most expensive mouthguard for KSI ahead of his fight with Tommy Fury this Saturday, 14th October, at AO Arena, Manchester.
Manufactured for the YouTuber-turned boxer in SAFEJAW’s Walsall-based dental lab, the mouthguard has a range of bespoke and cutting edge design and technical features.
In a true feat of R&D and precision manufacturing – the latest one-off mouthguard produced is the fruits of SAFEJAWZ’s and KSI’s ongoing relationship, with SAFEJAWZ having made his mouthguards since his first fight against Joe Weller in 2018, as well as his famous victory against American Logan Paul in 2019.
Mouthguard information:
• Totalling almost four carats, the mouthguard boasts 108 high clarity GVS diamonds, which have been ethically sourced through a member of the Responsible Jewellery council.
• The value of the mouthguard is over £40,000, in part due to the great number of hours it took to perfectly incorporate the high clarity diamonds and apply the 24 carat gold leaf.
• The design is based on KSI’s ‘Nightmare’ nickname and his latest drink, Prime Hydration Glowberry, donning a striking green Prime logo against a midnight black background.
• The bespoke Ash wood presentation box has been handmade and features two bottles of Prime Hydration Glowberry , a hand engraved “KSI” logo & a customised in-built motorised orbital mouthguard holder.
The much-hyped fight, billed as ‘Judgement Day’, is estimated to attract millions of international viewers on Saturday, all of which will get a chance to see the mouthguard, dubbed “Prime Protector” in action.
