Total Warrior renew partnership with inov-8

Total Warrior obstacle racing events are pleased to announce that they will once again be partnering with running brand inov-8 for the 2018 series.

This will be the third year the two obstacle course racing giants have joined forces to bring the best events and OCR footwear to 20,000 plus Total Warriors across the summer.

The 2018 season will bring Total Warrior to Leeds on June 23-24 and Shap (Lake District) on August 4-5.

Michael Price, director of product and marketing for inov-8, said: “Once again we’re very happy to be a part of Total Warrior events across the summer season. Last year was a big success and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to grips with the mud alongside thousands of like-minded OCR thrill seekers.

“We continue to invest and innovate to offer our customers the very best shoes for OCR and trail running, and partnerships such as this one allow us to inspire and engage with the running communities up and down the country.

“2018 sees us launch graphene-enhanced G-SERIES shoes that will give runners the world’s toughest grip. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate that than taking part in some of the UK’s toughest OCR events. Bring it on.”

Adam Dickinson, co-founder of Total Warrior, said: “Total Warrior is the pinnacle of obstacle course racing in the UK so it’s fantastic to be partnering with inov-8 once again – it is a renowned running brand that is also at the pinnacle of its sector.

“With 30 punishing obstacles crammed into our courses – including fire, ice, electricity, and miles of muddy terrain – Total Warrior is carefully designed to satisfy those willing to accept a big challenge and push themselves to their physical and mental limits. By joining forces with inov-8, we have found a like-minded partner.”

The partnership means all 20,000 plus warriors set to take on the courses in Leeds and the Lake District this summer can benefit from exclusive deals on inov-8 products. The brand’s shoes, apparel and equipment are perfectly suited to the conditions and challenges that will be faced on Total Warrior courses.
