Iron Gym Appoints Distributor for UK & Republic Of Ireland
Fast-growing global home fitness equipment brand Iron Gym (owned by Finnish-based Provio Ltd) has appointed Belfast-based Fix A Gym as distributor with exclusive responsibility for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland markets.
Fix A Gym is the largest fitness equipment wholesaler and distributor in the UK and Ireland, with an industry leading logistics capability and an extensive service and repairs operation. Of the new arrangement with Iron Gym, Richard Wallace, Managing Director of Fix A Gym says, “We have a great deal of experience in the market and can see the great potential of Iron Gym products. We are committed to growing the Iron Gym brand and will be actively looking for long term retail partners.”

As part of the distribution deal, Fix A Gym will be expanding its UK sales operation to include a dedicated Iron Gym Sales Manager and Iron Gym will also be establishing a UK telesales operation. Iron Gym will be launching 17 exciting new products for the home training market during Spring/Summer 2016 and a further 26 new products will launch in Autumn/Winter 2016. This will create a more complete offering for the home training market and build on the success of its established ‘gym in a box’ product lines, including the legendary Iron Gym Original and Iron Gym Xtreme.
