Iron Gym is to sponsor the heavyweight rematch between David Price and Tony Thompson on July 6.
Thompson, the veteran American southpaw, inflicted Price’s first professional defeat when he knocked the British and Commonwealth champion out in two rounds last February.
The bout is to take place at the Liverpool Echo Arena.
